Q.Do you ship Australia wide ?
A.Yes, we ship nationwide by courier.
Q.Do you ship to international addresses?
A.Unfortunately due to the weight of the goods, we ship to Australian addresses only.
Q.What is the delivery time?
A.Depending on the delivery location and time of order, delivery should occur within 5 -7 business
days. Deliveries to the east coast are generally faster. Note: APC will not release some stock to the distributors until the item is ordered. For these items, allow additional lead time. If excessive, we will give the buyer a courtesy call.
Q.What if I need the goods urgently?
A.We can arrange to airfreight or overnight courier for next day delivery – for these orders, please
contact us directly. Note: Batteries are unable to be air-freighted.
Q.I don't find the APC product I want. What do I do?
A.We sell the entire APC product range. If you don't find what you want, just contact us
Q.The shipping cost seems expensive?
A.Unfortunately battery based products are heavy by nature and the shipping cost reflects this.
Q.Is the stock guaranteed?
A.Our stock levels are generally fairly accurate, however on occasions we do run out of stock in the
warehouses before the store updates itself. In these instances we will contact you directly to
provide an ETA or alternatives.
Q.Are you registered for GST?
A.Yes.
Q.What if I order the incorrect part?
A.Please order carefully as items are non returnable.
Q.I need help with which product is right for me?
A.On the left side of the site are various APC tools to assist you. If you still need assistance, please
contact us and one or our APC certified consultants will be able to help.
Q.What is the warranty on the goods purchased?
A.All goods are covered by the Manufactures (APC) warranty – If your require a warranty upgrade on
your goods, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.
Q.Do you offer an install service?
A.We offer a fixed price install service for clients within 100km of the Perth CBD only. Please
contact us directly for a quote.
Q.The APC product that I purchased doesn't work the way it should. Who should I contact?
A. Customers having difficulty with APC products should attempt to solve those problems
through APC's Technical Support Problem Escalation Process.
